I specialize in healthy coping with chronic or life threatening illness, caregiver fatigue, women's issues and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based therapies to help with the treatment of Depression and Anxiety. As a Clinical Social Worker, I can also provide community resources and referrals. This holistic approach helps address multiple issues simultaneously.
